GLOBAL WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: May 3, 2026

Document Classification: Public / Legal

1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE

OutSquid (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) infrastructure partner specializing in the maritime, logistics, and financial services sectors.

This Global Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) delineates our clinical and transparent approach to the collection, use, and transfer of personal and corporate data collected exclusively through our digital properties and website infrastructure.

CRITICAL SCOPE DISTINCTION: This Policy applies strictly to Website Visitor Data (e.g., website analytics, cookie data, and corporate contact information submitted via web forms). It expressly does not apply to Client Operational Data. Any data processed by OutSquid in the capacity of a BPO service provider during the execution of client contracts is governed exclusively by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed between OutSquid and the corporate client. Under such agreements, OutSquid acts solely as a Data Processor.

2. DATA COLLECTION MODALITIES

In our capacity as a Data Controller for Website Visitor Data, we collect specific categories of information to optimize our enterprise-grade digital presence and facilitate our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) operations.

2.1. Corporate Contact Information

We collect business-to-business (B2B) contact information when you interact with our website (e.g., requesting whitepapers, subscribing to industry reports, or utilizing our contact forms). This data typically includes:

  • Full Name
  • Corporate Email Address
  • Job Title and Department
  • Company Name and Industry (Maritime, Logistics, Financial Services, etc.)
  • Corporate Telephone Number

2.2. Usage Data and Telemetry

Our infrastructure automatically collects telemetric data regarding your interaction with our website. This includes:

  • Browser type and version
  • Time zone setting and location
  • Operating system and platform
  • Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) clickstream data, including date and time, page response times, and download errors.

2.3. Cookie Data and Tracking Technologies

We deploy enterprise-grade tracking technologies, including session cookies, persistent cookies, and web beacons, to map user journeys across our digital properties. This data is leveraged to ensure site functionality, enhance security posture, and inform our B2B analytics. You may configure your browser to refuse these trackers; however, doing so may restrict access to certain secure client-portal gateways on our site.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Our processing of Website Visitor Data is executed under the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): We utilize Corporate Contact Information to execute targeted, industry-specific B2B marketing campaigns. Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest (in cultivating B2B commercial relationships) and/or Consent (where strictly required by applicable law).
  • Website Optimization and Security: Usage and Cookie Data are analyzed to monitor digital infrastructure health, prevent fraudulent access, and optimize the user interface for our enterprise clients. Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest (maintaining secure and efficient IT operations).
  • Corporate Communications: To respond to direct inquiries regarding our BPO capabilities in the maritime, logistics, and financial sectors. Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract (pre-contractual steps).

4. ACCOUNT-BASED MARKETING (ABM) PROTOCOLS

OutSquid employs sophisticated ABM strategies to engage key stakeholders within target enterprises. The data collected via our website is cross-referenced with publicly available corporate data to curate highly relevant communications regarding our BPO infrastructure solutions. We strictly adhere to anti-spam legislation applicable in our operational jurisdictions, ensuring all commercial communications include transparent opt-out mechanisms.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

As a global BPO partner with operational hubs distributed across key strategic regions, Website Visitor Data may be transferred to, and processed in, jurisdictions outside of your domicile.

Specifically, data is routinely routed and stored across our primary digital infrastructure nodes located in:

  • The United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • The United Kingdom (UK)
  • The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region (primarily the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam)

To ensure uncompromised compliance with international B2B privacy standards (including the UK GDPR and equivalent frameworks), OutSquid executes appropriate safeguarding mechanisms for cross-border data transfers. These mechanisms include the implementation of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), reliance on adequacy decisions where applicable, and the enforcement of rigorous intra-group data transfer agreements governed by our global corporate security framework.

6. DATA RETENTION PARAMETERS

Website Visitor Data is retained strictly for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.

  • Marketing Data: Retained for the duration of the active B2B relationship, or until an opt-out request is executed, subject to a routine 24-month staleness purge protocol.
  • Usage and Cookie Data: Retained for a maximum of 14 months to facilitate year-over-year operational analytics, after which it is permanently aggregated or expunged.

(Note: Data retention protocols for Client Operational Data are dictated strictly by the respective client DPA and are entirely separate from this schedule).

7. YOUR DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your geographical jurisdiction, you possess specific rights regarding your personal data processed under this Policy. As an enterprise entity, OutSquid respects and facilitates these rights, which may include:

  • The Right to Access: Requesting a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • The Right to Rectification: Mandating the correction of inaccurate or incomplete corporate contact data.
  • The Right to Erasure / Opt-Out: Requesting the deletion of your data from our ABM pipelines or withdrawing consent for marketing communications.
  • The Right to Restrict Processing: Requesting a temporary halt on data processing while disputes are resolved.

To execute any of these rights, please submit a formal request to our designated privacy operational channel detailed in Section 9.

8. ENTERPRISE-GRADE SECURITY MEASURES

We deploy defense-in-depth cybersecurity architectures to protect Website Visitor Data. This includes transit encryption (TLS 1.3), at-rest encryption (AES-256), robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, and routine penetration testing of our web-facing infrastructure. Despite these measures, no web transmission is categorically secure; however, our security posture is designed to meet or exceed the rigorous standards demanded by the financial and logistics sectors we serve.
